Senior Marketing Data Scientist to optimize marketing effectiveness, forecast the impact of ad spend, and enhance attribution models. Strong background in statistics and machine learning within marketing analytics and forecasting is preferred. You Will
Develop and improve Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models in collaboration with marketing channel managers and external vendors Build and refine Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to assess the contribution of various marketing channels to business outcomes Forecast the impact of marketing spend on customer signups across multiple product lines Analyze data and extract actionable insights, offering recommendations to both marketing and finance stakeholders Apply advanced statistical methods, including Bayesian modeling and pattern recognition, to improve forecasting accuracy Collaborate closely with the finance team on forecasting and projections to ensure model consistency and enhanced methodologies Work with large datasets using Python, SQL, and tools like Pandas and NumPy to derive insights You Have
5-7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science, ideally in a B2C environment Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with practical experience using Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter Notebook Familiarity with documentation and development tools like Confluence, GitHub (including PRs), and Notion Deep understanding of machine learning and statistical methods for marketing analytics Expertise in Bayesian modeling and pattern recognition for forecasting and attribution Proven success in building and refining MTA and MMM models Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and external vendors Background in statistics, econometrics, mathematics, data science, or a related field What Makes This Job Amazing

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $216,000. This range is Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for US-based candidates. The actual placement within the range depends on experience, role scope, location, and other factors. This range does not include discretionary bonus or equity. Noom offers a comprehensive total rewards package including discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, retirement benefits, paid holidays and leave, and wellness programs.
