Overview
BTS Software Solutions is seeking Digital Network Exploitation Analysts (DNEAs) of all skill levels for a variety of roles to support core IC missions through our Next Generation Analysts portfolio. Our national security depends on technology as never before, and this dependence is growing. As a cyber professional in the IC, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against cyber adversaries. TS/SCI w/ Poly What You’ll Get To Do
Apply understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed. Work as part of a team with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of IC needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise. Use analytical methods to form hypotheses, assess techniques, query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights. Distill, document, contextualize and share findings, including any new tradecraft, with teammates, stakeholders, and IC consumers. Qualifications
Degree Requirements
Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree. Relevant Experience
Experience in computer or information systems design/development/analysis, including engineering hardware/software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, or network and systems administration. Completion of military training such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may count toward experience (e.g., 24-week JCAC equals 6 months of experience). Foreign language proficiency may be used to satisfy experience requirements; recent ILR scores are required to substantiate proficiency. Pay Range: $120,000-$260,000. The BTS pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Offers are based on responsibilities, education, experience, and required competencies. Entry level: Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Higher positions: up to Associate's plus 13 years; Bachelor's plus 11 years; or Master's plus 9 years. Company Overview
