Credit Officer II - Covered at Bank of America. Manages the credit process for a portfolio of clients Negotiates credit documentation Leads the credit and risk approval processes Builds relationships with existing and prospective clients Mentors and supports associates Provides capital structure solutions and leverages product knowledge (including Investment Banking and Treasury Management) to deliver integrated client solutions Skills
