Responsibilities Why we need you:

The Multifamily Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for managing the rental revenue strategy and execution for a portfolio of multifamily assets. With the help of a Revenue Management software system, they rapidly analyze new operational data on a daily basis and then implement and communicate a pricing strategy to various stakeholders throughout the organization.

E

ssential functions include (but are not limited to):

Become expert in the Revenue Management Software application and related business procedures for managing pricing and reporting results

Daily review and acceptance of pricing recommendations

Drive renewal strategy via monthly teleconference review with the Operations team using standard and custom benchmarking tools

Facilitate discussions between Operations and Ownership to ensure strategy is communicated and executed

Build rapport with stakeholders to help reach agreed consensus in uncertain market conditions

Manage exposure of available units taking into account historical performance, seasonality, and current market data

Assist with new site implementations in Revenue Management Software environment

Troubleshoot and administrate Revenue Management System on behalf of all internal users

Update periodic reports for review and distribution to Senior Management

Additional Duties

Serve as liaison within Highmark between on-site personnel, Regional and Asset managers to communicate and implement various ownership’s strategic goals for a wide variety of assets

Data and configuration review for system initialization on sites

Coordination of go-live training for new sites

Ongoing education of Highmark associates regarding pricing practices and the Revenue Management System

Train new team members (Property, Regional and Asset Managers, and Leasing Associates) to use Revenue Management System including ongoing supplemental training when needed

Work with internal leasing training team to ensure proper adoption of the leasing process

Qualifications Q

ualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years industry experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Multifamily Operations, Market Research, Pricing Analysis, or Financial/Data Analysis

On-site experience in Multifamily Operations processes is strongly preferred

Experience with Multifamily affordable programs (LIHTC, PHA, etc.) is desirable

Strong Microsoft Excel skills including transform and lookup functions (VLOOKUP, etc.)

Experience with Property Management Software (i.e. Yardi Voyager, OneSite, etc.) and/or Revenue Management Software (i.e. YieldStar, LRO, etc.) is preferred but not required

Outgoing and friendly and can build consensus among various stakeholders

Detail oriented, analytical and methodical

Ability to train and persuade others regarding new technology and business processes

Ability to multi-task and handle various properties/portfolios simultaneously

Ability to work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workload

Ability to lead and follow through change management initiatives
