We need someone who can think big and execute fast. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across all major eCommerce channels, managing ad spend, optimizing listings, improving conversion, and leading a small team. You’ll also be the point person inside vendor portals, solving problems, analyzing data, and finding opportunities before anyone else does. This is the perfect role for a go-getter who’s equally comfortable in the data and in the details — someone who can run the day-to-day while building the long-term growth plan. What You’ll Do
Develop and execute eCommerce growth strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, and Costco Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and content to maximize visibility and conversion Lead, coach, and grow a small internal team and/or external partners Oversee advertising and promotional budgets with a focus on ROI and profitability Identify trends, new opportunities, and process improvements to scale the business Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams Troubleshoot marketplace issues quickly — from listing errors to chargebacks to compliance matters Track key KPIs and present actionable performance insights What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of eCommerce experience, including hands-on work in Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central Proven success driving multi-channel eCommerce growth Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and best practices Excellent analytical and Excel/Sheets skills Experience managing six-figure ad budgets and delivering measurable results Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A can-do, entrepreneurial attitude — you figure things out and make things happen Why You’ll Love Working Here
