Fund Finance Distribution/Syndication VP
Location: New York, NY The Fund Finance team sits within the bank's Global Banking and Advisory division, which integrates client coverage with product, financing, and advisory capabilities. The group is focused on delivering tailored capital solutions and strategic advice to sponsors and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead the syndication and distribution process for fund finance transactions, from initial sponsor engagement through to final risk placement with institutional investors. Develop and execute innovative structures across fund finance products (NAV lending, subscription lines, ABL, etc.) to expand distribution channels. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including legal counsel, rating agencies, risk teams, and sales throughout the deal lifecycle. Prepare credit memos, marketing materials, and investor presentations to support transaction execution. Partner with the firm's affiliated asset manager to raise LP capital for fund finance investments. Contribute to the development and refinement of analytical tools and models used across the Fund Finance platform. Produce reporting and presentations for internal credit committees and senior management. Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 years of experience in fund finance, with expertise in structuring, origination, or loan distribution. Strong understanding of fund finance products, particularly NAV lending and private credit ABL. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution, ideally in finance, economics, or accounting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with credit documentation and deal structuring is a plus. Fluency in English required. Seniority level:
