Math Professional Development Instructional Coach — Multiple locations within Mississippi | Full-time | Travel Required
Hattiesburg, MS, Cleveland, MS, and Batesville, MS

Responsibilities
Partner with school leadership and teachers to identify instructional needs and priorities in mathematics.
Engage in a collaborative coaching cycle with teachers, including goal setting, planning, modeling, co-teaching, and reflection.
Facilitate professional development sessions, workshops, and PLC meetings focused on best practices in math instruction.
Support teachers in analyzing student performance data to inform instructional decisions and goal setting.
Develop and implement individualized coaching plans aligned with district, school, and teacher goals.
Maintain accurate coaching logs, documentation, and reports as required by Catapult Learning and partner schools.
Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing professional learning opportunities.
Provide full-time support across 3 campuses.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, Mathematics, or a related field (master's preferred)
Valid Mississippi teaching certification
Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience in mathematics (elementary, middle, or high school level)
Prior instructional coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of math content standards (Mississippi College- and Career-Readiness Standards for Mathematics)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel between partner schools within the region
