We are seeking a junior-to-mid-level Software Engineer with strong
.NET full-stack experience
to join our team. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications. The ideal candidate is an eager learner, adaptable to new technologies, and committed to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions. Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $48.00/hr Must be able to work W-2. No third parties. Must be local to Cincinnati area. Key Responsibilities
Build and integrate APIs and manage SQL databases. Work with HTML5, XML, and SOAP to support web and data integrations. Collaborate with team members using Azure DevOps (TFS) and Visual Studio 2019+. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet project standards. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of professional application development experience. 2+ years using Microsoft development tools and relational databases. Experience with Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps Server, Visual Studio 2019+, and Microsoft SQL Server Management Tools. Preferred Skills
Experience with Blackbaud customization and API development. Familiarity with jQuery and responsive design principles.
