The Senior SharePoint Developer is an integral part of our Digital Information Delivery team, based in US - Teaneck, NJ (Remote) with preference for a candidate in Florida. The position requires up to 10% travel as needed. Compensation range for this position is $115,000.00–$145,000.00. The SharePoint Developer will design, develop, test, implement, and support SharePoint solutions in collaboration with the SharePoint team, business sponsors, and stakeholders. This role will manage SharePoint development tasks and resolve conflicts efficiently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework). Provide end-user support for SharePoint sites and solutions. Gather, document, circulate for review, and revise solution requirements. Mentor the offshore SharePoint development team. Manage and track the team’s development to successful completion. Lead development of SharePoint end-user training materials. Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum five (7) years working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. 3–5 years of hands-on experience with React, SPFx, Power Automate, and PnP PowerShell. Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI. Skills and Competencies Accountable, adaptable, collaborative, and committed with strong communication. Customer service orientation and the ability to deliver high-quality work. Detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of driving projects to completion. Analytical thinking, problem solving, and prioritizing/organizing work. Ability to work with people at different levels; strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
