Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance | CRE Investment Firm | Chicago We are working with a leading CRE investment firm that is looking for an Analyst to join their fast-paced Corporate Finance/FP&A team, which plays an integral role in managing the firm’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US. This is a high-visibility role on a high-visibility team, offering exposure to performance management, strategic planning, and data-driven ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will be both polished and technical, as the position involves executive/investor-level interface and complex financial analysis. 2-5 years of direct corporate finance/consulting/strategy experience, working in an institutional environment, with some exposure to CRE, if not extensive exposure Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics or similar from a top-tier university Ability to present to the executive team and perform complex financial analysis and ad hoc project work How to Apply
