Responsibilities: Develop and optimize advanced generative models (e.g., large language models) that serve as the core of autonomous, agentic systems. Design algorithms enabling reasoning, decision-making, and goal management in AI agents. Research and integrate novel approaches in agent autonomy, multi-agent coordination, and reinforcement learning. Architect scalable pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying agentic AI models on Google Cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level requirements into innovative AI solutions. Monitor and improve the performance, robustness, and safety of deployed autonomous agents. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, or related fields with demonstrated expertise in generative AI and autonomous systems. Deep knowledge of large language models, reinforcement learning, and agent-based architectures. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Google Cloud AI tools, or similar frameworks. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or equivalent. Familiarity with AI safety, ethical considerations, and alignment in autonomous agents. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred, but not required: Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in agentic AI or related domains. Experience with multi-modal AI, dynamic knowledge bases, or human-AI interaction.
