We are seeking a dynamic and organized Email Marketing Account Manager to oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance across client accounts. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with deep expertise in email marketing strategies, automation tools, and campaign analytics. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end email marketing projects for multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery and performance goals are met. Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns including newsletters, promotional mailers, lifecycle emails, and automated journeys. Coordinate with design, content, and technical teams to create engaging and compliant email templates. Use email service providers (ESPs) such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo to build and deploy campaigns. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversions, bounce rate) and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients. A/B test subject lines, creatives, and send times to continuously improve engagement. Ensure all campaigns comply with industry best practices and legal standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their strategic marketing partner. Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft integrated marketing strategies aligned with client goals. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns and client accounts. Proficiency in one or more ESPs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM integration. Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows. Excellent communication, project management, and client relationship skills. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic insights. Working knowledge of HTML and email design best practices is a plus. Preferred Qualities
Certification in email marketing or marketing automation platforms. Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or B2B marketing setups. Strong command of performance reporting and presentation to clients.
