Founded in early 2008, Fay Servicing is committed to providing innovative servicing solutions for both residential and business purpose loans. As a specialty mortgage servicer who sees the customer behind every loan, we understand that our customers are not loan numbers — they’re homeowners. This position is for a Transaction Manager - Whole Loans to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end due diligence process for a variety of whole loan portfolios and products, whether conducted by a Third-Party Review (TPR) Firm designated by the End Investor(s) or by Fay’s preferred firms. The role serves as a central coordinator, overseeing document delivery between Sellers, TPR Firms, Fay and End Investors and resolving any deficiencies identified during the review process. The position leads the settlement process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across Funding Schedules and other purchase and sale documentation. The role collaborates closely with various Business Units including Fay Investments, Fay Mortgage Services (FMS), Genstone Financial and FutureWave to support the development and refinement of processes and procedures related to loan delivery across multiple End Investors, while fostering a unified, interdepartmental approach through cross-functional engagement. The position is responsible for ensuring strict compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end due diligence for whole loan portfolios and products, including coordination with Third-Party Review Firms and End Investors. Oversee document delivery and resolve deficiencies identified during the review process. Lead the settlement process and ensure data accuracy across Funding Schedules and related documents. Collaborate with Fay Business Units to support loan delivery processes across End Investors and implement cross-functional improvements. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School Diploma/ GED) 7+ years’ experience in mortgage industry preferably working in a secondary, loan processing or diligence capacity 3+ years’ experience working in a Transaction Management role 2+ years’ experience in mortgage post-closing, diligence or secondary markets Proficiency with Encompass or similar loan origination system Prior experience delivering loans, data and documents via third party investor platforms Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment Strong time management skills Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities Client focused with strong execution skills and results orientation High-level of precision with attention to detail and consistency Flexible, open to change, ability to learn new things quickly Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groups Submit Your Resume to Learn More

The hiring range for this position is between $65,000-$85,000 annually This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus Fay Cares!
