Overview
Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant . This position requires a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities

Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. The role is based in Austin TX Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in SAP FICO, including 2 years of experience in full life-cycle implementation projects. Experience in FI-Logistics processes such as buy-sell, third party shipment, intercompany transactions. In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in configuring FICO modules GL, AP, AR, Rev Recognition. Good knowledge in CO areas like cost center accounting, profitability analysis, COPA. Solid understanding of integration with MM and SD. Knowledge of EDI/IDocs, process codes, partner profiles, etc. Experience writing detailed functional specifications, preparing test scenarios, writing test scripts and performing end-to-end testing. Experience working with ABAP, Basis, Data Warehouse and other teams in the design and implementation of SAP FI functionalities. Accounting background and good process knowledge are highly preferred. SAP Certification/CA/CPA/MBA in finance is an added advantage. Analytical and communication skills; good planning and coordination abilities. Experience and desire to work in a management-consulting environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. EEO/About Us
