Job Title: Director, Human Resources Location: Bedford, MA 01730 – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $77.00 – $97.00 (W2 – No Benefits) Shift: 1st Shift | 40 hrs/week Industry Preference: Candidates from Consumer or Technology companies Job Description: Join a global innovation leader as our next Director of Human Resources , where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our people strategy during a time of transformation and growth. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this high-impact role will lead our North America HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and Talent Acquisition function, while helping drive critical initiatives that support culture, leadership development, and employee engagement across the business. consumer or tech industries —this opportunity is made for you. What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner (HRBP), guiding senior leadership across key HR functions including talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational design. Lead and evolve our HRBP and Talent Acquisition strategies to support a cohesive, inclusive, and high-performing global culture. Partner with functional leaders to design, implement, and improve programs focused on employee retention, engagement, succession planning, and leadership development. Serve as a mentor and coach to HR team members and business leaders during rapid organizational growth. Collaborate with corporate HR centers of excellence (HR Tech, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) to deliver scalable, aligned solutions. Build trust and strong relationships across the organization—establishing a visible HR leadership presence while staying closely connected to employee morale and workplace culture. What You Bring to the Table
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required. 10–12+ years
of progressive HR experience, preferably as a
strategic HRBP
or in HR leadership roles. Experience working in
consumer goods or tech environments —fast-paced, people-driven cultures. Proven success leading change, influencing stakeholders, and managing cross-functional HR initiatives at scale. Background in
talent programs , workforce planning, and leadership development. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound, data-informed decisions. Strong executive presence with experience supporting senior leadership teams. Working knowledge of
HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
and process optimization. Role Highlights
