Overview

Senior Principal Product Manager, Loom at Atlassian. This is a hands-on, autonomous product management leadership role focused on Loom, reporting into the Head of Product & Founder of Loom. You will operate across critical pillars, break down a grand vision into first steps, and lead or influence teams to execute. You will regularly engage Atlassian's senior leadership to align on direction and roadmap. Responsibilities

Work on horizontal problem statements that cut across Loom. Partner with Atlassian-wide stakeholders to set cross-team priorities and enable delivery of solution roadmaps alongside product & platform roadmaps. Build solutions and solve complex customer problems that create real business and customer value, requiring you to influence and align across organizational boundaries. Demonstrate understanding of business goals and metrics, and clearly link product solutions and roadmaps to business outcomes. Set the bar for product craft across the organization, serving as a rolling resource and sounding board for individual product teams to craft and iterate strategies and promote best-in-class product management. Qualifications

10+ years of tech industry experience, including significant tenure in leading product strategy, ideally spanning both enterprise and consumer domains. Demonstrated founder-level experience: founded a company or closely worked with a founder, gaining end-to-end ownership to build and scale products. Proven track record of delivering high-impact results with the ability to discuss: problem statements identified, solutions considered and rationale, execution process across design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, timelines and trade-offs, and measurable impact. Thought leader in product craft with creative solutions to challenging problems. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills at all levels, across geographies, inside and outside Atlassian. Openness to a transparent culture that values contributions and feedback from others. Strong instincts with deep analytical thinking; comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics. Compensation

At Atlassian, compensation is designed to be equitable and competitive. Base pay ranges for new hires in the United States are zone-based: Zone A: $224,100 - $292,575 Zone B: $202,500 - $264,375 Zone C: $186,300 - $243,225 This role may be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
