Join MSCI’s Private Assets Product team to shape the future of private markets. As Vice President of Product Management for GP Solutions, you will: Lead product discovery, development, and go-to-market execution for GP lifecycle solutions. Translate GP needs into tangible products blending data, analytics, and AI-driven intelligence. Be the voice of the client, architect the vision, and drive execution to deliver solutions GPs rely on to make better decisions, scale, and raise/deploy capital. Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap focused on GP investment lifecycle workflows (sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management, fundraising, reporting). Lead engagement with clients to validate pain points and opportunities; partner with data and research teams to embed insights into product design. Develop clear business cases, prioritize initiatives by client value, feasibility, and market impact. Collaborate with UX/design to create intuitive, workflow-centric experiences for GP users. Drive iterative development with engineering, delivering AI-first, analytics-driven solutions via agile sprints. Define scalable operating models integrating data, research, technology, and client workflows. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, and client coverage; position products on differentiating intelligence and workflow integration. Monitor adoption, feedback, and performance to refine the roadmap and ensure long-term success. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Private Assets franchise. Your Skills And Experience

GP Investment Lifecycle Expertise – 8+ years in private markets with deep understanding of GP workflows (sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management, fundraising, reporting). Prior GP Background (Strong Plus) – Direct experience within a GP organization is highly valued. Product Leadership – Proven track record leading discovery, iterative development, and GTM launches. Data, Research & Analytics – Ability to integrate proprietary datasets and research into scalable, insight-rich solutions. AI Product Experience – Successful development of AI-first products and applying AI to transform workflows. Stakeholder Influence – Strong collaboration across engineering, data, research, and commercial teams. Analytical & Execution-Oriented – Strategic thinker with disciplined execution. Education – Bachelor’s in finance, economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred. Mindset – Curious, innovative, growth-oriented, with a passion for transforming GP operations. About MSCI
