Project Coordination & Tracking: Support the planning and tracking of projects across the innovation portfolio; maintain project trackers and help keep teams accountable to timelines and deliverables; prepare summaries of project status, risks, and next steps. Strategic Project Management & Operations: Lead end-to-end project coordination across the innovation portfolio; design and maintain project tracking systems; develop executive-ready status reports; implement standardized project management methodologies and operational frameworks. Operational Support: Streamline how the Innovation & AI team works; support process documentation, internal communications, and knowledge sharing; identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. Dashboard & Reporting Support: Build and update simple dashboards and reporting tools; assist in preparing materials for leadership updates and team meetings. Business Intelligence & Reporting Support: Build and maintain simple operational dashboards; transform complex project data into compelling executive presentations and strategic updates. Meeting Facilitation & Follow-Through: Orchestrate high-impact cross-functional meetings; develop strategic agendas; coordinate stakeholders; manage action items; design meeting frameworks to drive decision-making and accelerate execution; establish processes for knowledge transfer and organizational alignment. External & Internal Coordination: Manage multi-stakeholder relationships with vendors, academic partners, HR, IT, and other key business units; summarize insights and pilot updates; translate technical updates into actionable intelligence for diverse audiences. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology or business-related field. Five to seven years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, project coordination, or business analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tracking platforms. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Interest in innovation, AI, or business transformation a plus. Additional Information

In support of pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,171.61 and $181,034.70. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
