Think logically and work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while influencing cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management Function as a critical thinker and take the lead as needed Manage multiple executive stakeholders, influencing safety strategy and operational execution at all levels Make business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions Analyze ML model performance or work on Large Language Models (LLMs) and data analytics using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data 7 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline 7 years of experience or familiarity with machine learning systems 7 years of experience or familiarity with one or more of SQL, R, Python or C++ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Employment details
US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, and location. Compensation details reflect base salary; bonuses, equity, and benefits are determined separately. Specific salary range for your location will be shared by your recruiter during the hiring process.
