Job Description Key Responsibilities
Lead contract management activities including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring proper implementation to minimize legal and commercial risks.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across business operations.
Oversee and ensure strong corporate governance, including advising the Board and supporting AGMs and related activities.
Provide strategic legal advisory and manage dispute resolution processes effectively.
Develop, review, and implement company-wide legal and compliance policies and procedures.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and service providers.
Deliver training and development initiatives to strengthen legal and compliance awareness across the organization.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing clear and practical legal guidance to support decision-making.
The Successful Applicant Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of legal and compliance experience, preferably in real estate, commercial property, or luxury development sectors.
Proven track record in contract management, governance, and dispute resolution.
Strong communication and articulation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
Ability to work independently as a sole contributor, while collaborating effectively across multiple divisions.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and sound judgment.
