Analytica is seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Infrastructure/Systems Engineer Lead
to provide expert technical leadership in the management, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems, databases, and infrastructure. This individual will ensure the highest level of availability, performance, and resilience for all operational platforms while leading infrastructure architecture initiatives for complex data environments. The role requires strong coordination across engineering, operations, and development teams in Agile environments, with a focus on system optimization and automation. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise infrastructure and system architectures, including cloud and hybrid environments.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning of mission-critical operational systems and large-scale data warehouses.
Oversee and monitor infrastructure components including servers, databases, storage, network, and security systems.
Serve as the technical lead for infrastructure lifecycle management: installation, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, DevOps engineers, and Security teams to ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and cybersecurity standards.
Lead the development and implementation of automation scripts, monitoring tools, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Manage system incidents and problem resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure strategies aligned with enterprise data and analytics objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and diagrams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading architectural design and system implementation for large-scale data warehouse environments.
Demonstrated leadership and hands-on experience in system architecture, operations engineering, and infrastructure support.
Professional certification in at least one of the following areas: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apache Spark, Big Data, Databricks, or Oracle.
Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix and Windows server environments, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), and cloud infrastructure tools.
Solid understanding of Agile practices in infrastructure and DevOps contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering.
Hands-on experience managing cloud-native services in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
Experience with data infrastructure security controls and compliance standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, or NIST 800-53.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and interface with senior stakeholders.
