The Department of Ophthalmology in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a fellowship-trained Medical Retina Specialist to join an established retinal practice with two full-time retinal surgeons. This position is based at the Eau Claire, WI practice site, part of the Mayo Clinic Health System, collaborating with Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient Clinic Medical retinal services. Option to provide general ophthalmology related to cataract evaluations and surgery if the candidate chooses. Participate in general ophthalmology call coverage (currently once every six weeks). Limited inpatient care specific to general ophthalmology patients. Teaching/academic/research expectation. Eligible for Mayo Clinic College of Medicine academic rank. Qualifications
MD/ DO or equivalent Board certified/board eligible in Ophthalmology Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Wisconsin Benefits Highlights
