Direct onsite construction activities from rough grading through project closeout. Manage one or more concurrent projects in San Diego, directing construction schedules, overseeing submittals, material procurement, personnel management, and enforcing quality control standards. Develop and maintain construction schedules, manage budgets, process change orders and RFIs, coordinate vendor and subcontractor relationships, and oversee construction quality and compliance inspections to ensure successful project delivery. Project values typically range from $15 million to $50 million. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
