Overview

Change Management Lead to drive organizational transformation initiatives across the university's global network. Lead change management for multiple technology implementations, ensuring adoption and minimal disruption to university operations. This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week on campus in Boston, MA. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for multiple technology initiatives Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and opportunities Create change management roadmaps aligned with project timelines and organizational priorities Design and implement change readiness assessments and adoption metrics Partner with ITS Communications to develop multi-channel communication campaigns Create stakeholder-specific messaging for faculty, staff, students, and external partners Design and oversee delivery of training programs, working with internal and vendor training teams Develop a change champions network across different university departments and global locations Lead communications for enterprise platform implementations, including governance framework changes Engage senior leadership and steering committees to ensure executive sponsorship Coordinate with external vendors on change enablement activities Coach project teams on change management best practices Build relationships with key influencers across colleges, departments, and global campuses Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and address resistance Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives in complex environments Proven track record with large-scale technology implementations and system migrations Experience with vendor management and coordinating change activities with external partners Background in higher education or demonstrated understanding of university operations and culture Technical Skills

Strong understanding of enterprise communication platforms and governance frameworks Experience with email marketing platforms, bulk communication tools, or marketing automation systems Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms Proficient in project management methodologies and change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools Communication and Leadership

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences Experience developing training materials, job aids, and communication campaigns Strong facilitation and presentation skills for large and small group settings Ability to influence without authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholders Personal Attributes

Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar) Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email deliverability, or marketing automation platforms Background in enterprise communication governance or digital marketing Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Key Projects

Bulk Email Project : Lead change management for consolidating 20+ email communication tools into a centralized enterprise platform. This initiative addresses challenges including spam flagging, governance, manual segmentation processes, and a fragmented tool landscape. The project involves migrating newsletters, announcements, and marketing communications while establishing new governance frameworks and improving efficiencies across the university’s global network. Additional Technology Initiatives : Support organizational change for various enterprise system implementations as assigned, which may include vendor management systems, workflow automation tools, and other digital transformation projects.
