We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager with a strong background in fine dining establishments. This individual will lead daily operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding leadership abilities, comprehensive knowledge of P&Ls, inventory control, and cost management strategies. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of service, training and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring overall profitability. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, inspire, and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality. Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Financial Oversight: Review and manage daily P&L reports, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability and meet financial goals. Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee inventory management and ordering to minimize waste and maintain stock levels. Collaborate with the kitchen team to implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Staff Training & Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff, ensuring they meet the restaurant’s standards and are constantly improving. Foster a positive and professional work environment. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate on local marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers while ensuring repeat business and high guest retention. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in setting the annual budget and regularly forecast financial needs to ensure the restaurant operates within budgetary constraints. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including labor laws, health codes, and licensing. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a fine dining establishment. Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team in a high-pressure environment. Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including P&L analysis, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives. In-depth knowledge of fine dining standards, guest expectations, and service protocols. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of scheduling software, POS systems, and restaurant management tools. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Benefits
