Registered Nurse (RN)- Home Health

Honolulu, HI

Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm

13 week contract

$58/hr

Start Date- 7/29/2024

Unique opportunity to serve our kupuna at HOME in PARADISE!

Registered nurse; 1 year Home Health experience REQUIRED; >3 month OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED. Floating to cover Oahu, Maui, and/or Big Island may be occasionally required (all expenses paid).

Days 5x8s; 25 units productivity per week; no weekends; no on call; scrubs (any color) and closed-toed shoes required.

Certifications REQUIRED: BLS (AHA), HI License

Skills REQUIRED: Adult Home Health; Admission Assessment; Case Management; Discharge/discharge due to safety or Non compliance; Recertification; Resumption of care; Routine visit; Significant change in condition; Start of Care; Transfer; Blood Glucose/glucometer management; Colostomy/ileostomy management/care; G-tube site care; Management of feeding tubes; NG tube management/care; Nutritional Assessment; Post AV Fistula/Shunt; Suprapubic Catheter insertion/management; Urinary Catheter insertion/ management; Drain Management; Pressure ulcer prevention/management; Pressure ulcer staging; Wound care; Wound V.A.C management; Medication Assessment/Management; Pain Management/Assessment; Utilization of pain scales (verbal, nonverbal);
