We are hiring a Top Secret clearance with CI or FS Polygraph Data Scientist to support mission-critical programs. The Data Scientist will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts to define analytics capabilities that help federal clients make informed decisions and advance their digital transformation efforts. Responsibilities include: Research, design, implement, and deploy Machine Learning algorithms for enterprise applications. Assist federal clients in building their own applications. Contribute to the design and development of new features. Qualifications
Top Secret clearance with CI or FS Polygraph or higher. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related field. MS or PhD preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in Python programming. Applied experience in Machine Learning (regression, classification, supervised and unsupervised learning). Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics). Experience with scalable ML frameworks (MapReduce, streaming). Ability to manage projects independently and in teams. Motivated, proactive, and impactful mindset. Excellent communication skills. Nice to Have
Passion for team-oriented engineering solutions. Comfort in autonomous and dynamic environments. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Multitasking across projects with self-motivation. Team player, results-driven, quality-focused, deadline-oriented. Experience working in an agile environment. Physical Requirements
Sedentary work with sitting up to 8 hours/day. Light lifting (up to 5 pounds). Fine motor skills and visual acuity for computer work. Work in an office setting with possible stress. EEO Statement
