Job Summary:
As a Recruiter at Acrisure, you will be a key member of a high-performing, sales-focused Talent Acquisition team. Your responsibilities include executing full-cycle recruitment for division-based roles, supporting speed, quality, and candidate experience. This role emphasizes high-volume, standardized hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions across divisions.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand job needs.
- Use sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Support candidate outreach and ensure positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in Workday ATS.
- Collaborate with HR and team members to meet hiring goals.
- Represent Acrisure professionally in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in insurance, finance, or professional services.
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, especially Workday.
Candidates should be comfortable with on-site work within their division for collaboration and leadership.
