Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their team!
This position starts asap and will be ongoing with no set end date.
Location: Midtown
Hours: 9am - 5pm
*Hybrid schedule (4-5 days onsite depending on the week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process including scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and disseminating information to the recruiters, candidates and hiring Managers
- Launch searches in the applicant tracking system and post open positions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
- Provide support in the offer and onboarding process
- Update and distribute weekly recruitment status report
- Track submissions and progress of candidates in recruitment process
- Collecting and filing Onboarding documents for new hires on a weekly basis
- Drafting and editing offer letters and employment agreements
- Updating templates to reflect policy changes as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels
