Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their team!

This position starts asap and will be ongoing with no set end date.

Location: Midtown

Hours: 9am - 5pm

*Hybrid schedule (4-5 days onsite depending on the week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process including scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and disseminating information to the recruiters, candidates and hiring Managers
  • Launch searches in the applicant tracking system and post open positions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
  • Provide support in the offer and onboarding process
  • Update and distribute weekly recruitment status report
  • Track submissions and progress of candidates in recruitment process
  • Collecting and filing Onboarding documents for new hires on a weekly basis
  • Drafting and editing offer letters and employment agreements
  • Updating templates to reflect policy changes as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels
