Recruiting Coordinator Caribou Thunder Entry-Level

A Day in the Life What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
- Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through status updates and documentation.
- Reformat resumes and prepare match reports and briefing packets for hiring teams.
- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms; remove outdated or inactive postings.
- Support offer letter preparation and assist HR with onboarding coordination.

Is This You?
- 02 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
- Clear and professional communicator with internal teams and external candidates.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Mission-driven and passionate about helping build high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with recruiting tools such as JazzHR, BambooHR, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or Rippling
- Familiarity with the defense industry or cleared recruiting is a plus
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance
