Job Description

As an Overnight LV Flamingo Specialist, you will be an integral part of our overnight operations, ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will oversee various activities and engage with guests to provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of designated areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and interacting with guests, addressing their needs, and enhancing their stay.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of overnight events and activities.
• Collaborate with the overnight team to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and replenishment of supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education or certification preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
