Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated

Neuroendovascular Surgery Fellow

to join our advanced neurovascular team. This fellowship offers rigorous hands-on training in the minimally invasive catheter-based treatment and clinical management of central nervous system (CNS) vascular diseases. The fellow will work alongside experienced neurointerventionalists and neurosurgeons to develop the skills and judgment necessary to become an independent and competent neuroendovascular specialist. Key Responsibilities

Learn and demonstrate technical proficiency in

minimally invasive neuroendovascular catheter-based procedures

for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Participate in the

operative and non-operative management

of cerebrovascular conditions, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, aneurysms, AVMs, and vascular malformations. Develop and exhibit proficiency in

pre- and post-procedural care

of neuroendovascular patients. Actively contribute to

clinical research , including projects focused on novel technologies, outcome-based health metrics, and participation in clinical trials. Train under a framework of

clinical core competencies , including:

Patient Care Medical Knowledge Practice-Based Learning and Improvement Interpersonal and Communication Skills Professionalism Systems-Based Practice

System-Based Stroke Care Exposure

Participate in

system-wide stroke care coordination

across a

23-hospital network , providing exposure to large-scale system-based practices and multidisciplinary stroke care pathways. Qualifications

MD or DO degree with completion of a residency in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Radiology, or a related specialty. Eligible for medical licensure in [State].
