Job Title: Data Revenue Assurance Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time

Our client is a fast-growing global company focused on driving operational excellence and delivering value through data-driven insights. The corporate headquarters in Dallas serves as the hub for innovation, collaboration, and performance.

We are seeking a Data Revenue Assurance Analyst to join the team and help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of revenue streams across the organization.

Position Overview

You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to analyze large data sets, identify revenue leakage, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in SQL, thrives in a collaborative environment, and communicates effectively with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute SQL queries to validate, reconcile, and analyze large volumes of transactional and financial data.
• Monitor revenue flows to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen revenue assurance processes and improve data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of issues and implementing scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and revenue assurance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong SQL skills with proven experience in querying and analyzing large, complex data sets.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, revenue assurance, finance, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong accounting and finance competencies are a valuable asset.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Telecommunications, fintech, or subscription-based industry experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

$70,000 - $90,000 range (depending on experience) + Bonus

Base pay range may be complemented by additional compensation components as applicable.
