What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Job Details

Schedule: 6am-2:30pm (overtime and weekends required)

Pay: $21.49 - $23.14 per hour

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking to ensure product quality
• Build displays and promotional items according to instructions and schedule
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner; prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes; business use insurance required; you are not responsible for transporting products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs

Base pay range is $21.49 to $27.80 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay; paid holidays; vacation; bereavement and jury duty benefits may apply.
