Direct Demo is hiring: Newport News Costco Sales Rep 22hr DAILY BONUS in Newport

Overview

We7re hiring a Sales Rep for the Newport News Costco. This role involves representing and promoting nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zena Nutrition. Websites: qunol.com and zenanutrition.com.

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Days/Hours

Open availability is required. Shifts are generally from 10:00am to 5:30pm. The specific days worked will be based on availability to sell.

Compensation

• Starting at $22+ per hour
• BONUS based on surpassing sales quotas
• W-2 employment
• Promotional kit provided
• Bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit

Bonus Payout

We promote products such as Colostrum, Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric, and Magnesium Gummies. Shifts are 10:00am – 5:30pm. You earn credit for the entire dayor three additional hours of potential product selling and credit when scheduled to work.

Tier 1

• Hit 100% of both the qualifier and total unit goals and earn $3 per box sold.

Example

• Qualifier: 8 units of Colostrum
• Total Units Goal: 28 units
• You sell 8 Colostrum and 28 total units = $3 per box

Tier 2

• If Tier 1 is not met, Tier 2 may qualify.
• Hit 50% of both the qualifier and total unit goals and earn $1 per box sold.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company professionally at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 4-foot folding table (approximately 30 pounds) to and from the car, plus carry products and sales materials at the start and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently as the sole team member per location.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.
