Overview

Avon Costco - Skilled Sales Rep, $26/hr + daily bonus. Direct Demo is hiring for the Avon Costco location. This role focuses on representing and selling nutritional supplements (Qunol & Zena) as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company professionally while at Costco, and provide excellent customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Demonstrate features, benefits, and value of products, including Supergreens, Pure Colostrum Powder, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Turmeric products.
• Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
• Lift up to 30 pounds several times per day (tables, products, demonstration supplies, etc.).
• Set up and break down displays (folding tables) and carry materials to and from your car at the start and end of each shift.
• Stand for extended periods and work independently as the sole team member per location.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.

• Compensation: Starting at $26 per hour + bonus based on surpassing sales quotas; W-2 employment; promotional kit provided; bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit
