Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality and inventory control standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using SAP RF scanning devices, ensuring products are handled and prepared for shipment according to company procedures.
  • Receiving & Inventory Management: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials, update inventory records in SAP, and ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.
  • Shipping: Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, verify order accuracy, print labels, and ensure all products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Quality & Accuracy: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all customer orders are correct and meet quality standards before shipping.
  • Safety & Organization: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards; follow all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  • Equipment & Technology: Utilize SAP RF handheld devices to manage order data, track inventory movement, and maintain real-time system accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse leads and other team members to meet daily productivity goals and resolve issues quickly.
  • All picking and packing activities are performed on foot; this role does not require the use of forklifts or other industrial lift equipment.
  • The position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other RF-based warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area.
