Overview

Receptionist role at Trophy Nissan. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for administrative work as well as contributing to a truly exceptional customer experience. An ideal candidate will be outgoing, detailed, and have a great attitude. Experience is a plus but not required. We offer paid training. Base pay range

$13.50/hr - $15.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly, professionally, and direct them to the proper associate.
• Accurately enter customers in CRM
• Assist customers with license plates
• Office administrative duties including FedEx and UPS
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best to work every day
• Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand
• Perform duties safely and effectively
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• BiLingual is a required
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
