Responsibilities

  • Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
  • Sorts, delivers and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, may perform basic office/clerical functions, and maintains visitor logs.
  • Responds to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

Qualifications

  • Receptionists greet all visitors, answer questions, manage guest sheets, and route calls to the appropriate residents and staff.
  • Experience with basic office/clerical tasks and mail handling; ability to respond to resident emergencies per community protocol.

Other Details

Base pay in range determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
