  • Work with Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Product Management, Software Engineering Program Management, Operations Program Management and other key program teams to coordinate critical cross-functional work and convergence dates.
  • Partner with Global Supply Management and Business Operations teams to establish and manage 3rd party vendor relationships.
  • Identify key technical risk areas and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate key developments, updates, and problems to teams and stakeholders (technical and non-technical).

  • Familiarity with JDM and CM development models and experience managing complex NPI builds
  • Experience with the common challenges and interdependencies in embedded systems and the cross-functional development of custom hardware
  • The ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and to remain flexible in the face of uncertainty
  • Demonstrated experience managing trade-offs given specific constraints
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills; ability to inspire team members
  • Proactive attitude with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally to Block offices and manufacturing locations
