Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Janitor/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our office and residential living spaces. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and efficiently outside of business hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and presentable environment.

Responsibilities

Office Cleaning (Weekly):

• Clean the entire office space once a week, after hours
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and shelves
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including countertops, sinks, and appliances

Living Pods General Area Cleaning (Weekly):

• Clean the general living spaces of the residential pods mid-week
• Clean and sanitize the full kitchen, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
• Clean general areas, ensuring a tidy and presentable space

Living Pods Deep Cleaning (Yearly):

• Perform a deep clean of the living pod areas at the end of the season
• Deep clean the full kitchen, including cleaning the refrigerator and discarding all food
• Deep clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty all trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
• Deep clean the general areas
• Wash all bedding
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Check individual pods for any food, trash, or other debris
• Ensure all appliances are turned off

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Must sign a confidentiality agreement
• Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment
