The Goddard School is hiring for the Part-Time Teacher role in Wilmington, DE.

We are seeking energetic and devoted part-time Assistant Teachers for the end of the day, with the possibility to move into a full-time position.

Overview

Join a premier preschool on Wilmington's riverfront. The Part-Time Teacher supports early childhood classrooms with a nurturing, developmentally appropriate approach and contributes to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily classroom activities and routines in the appendent part-time shift.
• Support teachers in implementing curriculum aligned with state and national standards.
• Engage children through age-appropriate activities and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment.

Qualifications

• At least an associate degree.
• TECE 1 and/or TECE 2 or CDA credential.
• At least 6 months of experience in an early childhood classroom.
• Must possess Delaware Department of Education/DE First Certificate.
• All staff possess a nurturing teaching style, are team players, and are committed to professional development in early childhood education.
