Overview
Position: Executive Assistant | Global Hospitality Group
Location: New York, NY
A globally recognized hospitality group is seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. This individual oversees an international portfolio of celebrated restaurants, partnerships, and projects within the culinary and luxury lifestyle space.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling and ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings, calls, events, and travel.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and senior management, department heads, PR, marketing, and external partners.
- Coordinate communications, press opportunities, and media requests in collaboration with PR and marketing teams.
- Maintain oversight of ongoing business projects, ensuring the executive is briefed and up to date.
- Vet and prioritize requests for appearances, partnerships, collaborations, and interviews.
- Draft correspondence, talking points, and briefing materials for meetings, events, and media engagements.
- Oversee travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Maintain project files and organizational systems to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
- Support the executive with special initiatives, events, and personal scheduling as needed.
- Represent the executive with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience supporting a high-profile executive, ideally within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting polished correspondence and briefing materials.
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and managing sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor, grace under pressure, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- French language skills are preferred but not required.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in New York City. The role requires flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to accommodate the needs of the executive’s demanding schedule.
