Responsibilities
- The Senior Manpower Analyst provides senior-level analysis and subject matter expertise to Army G-8 leadership across requirements, acquisition, and resourcing activities. Core responsibilities include reviewing and validating JCIDS and acquisition documents, developing investment and resourcing strategies, preparing executive-level briefings, and ensuring all efforts align with Army modernization priorities. One of your responsibilities will be to provide the current and future Army with timely and decisive warfighting capabilities supporting successful accomplishment of the National Military Strategy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above
- 4+ years of force development experience and expertise
- Ability to provide EE PEG assessments of all civilian authorizations, requirements, costing and Full Time Equivalents
- Demonstrate knowledge of Army fiscal data elements, purpose, and relationships of different data elements to conduct analysis; ability to use Microsoft Office to combine data tables, summarize data and produce products for detailed reviews and senior leader briefings, including pivot tables and charts
- Ability to extract data from Army systems and provide analysis of data and formulating displays of data
- Ability to assist with quality control of Portfolio Reviews
- DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
- HTAR qualification
- JCIDS/Requirements training (RQM 1010/1100/3100/310/2500/2520 OR CLR 101/110/151/250/252), or related fields
