Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously
• Curiosity about people and their motivations for career advancement
• Experience with HR and recruiting systems, preferably Rippling
• Bonus: Background in education or college counseling
