Overview

As a Recruiting & Retention Specialist at Edgewood, you'll join a fun and fast-paced team as one of our community leaders! This position would support our four communities in Bismarck and Mandan.

Full-Time • Day Shift

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain networks throughout the community
  • Update job postings as needed and manage Indeed budget
  • Review applications, pre-screen candidates, and participate in interviews
  • Coordinate background checks and drug screenings for potential new hires
  • Support department directors with retention initiatives

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED, required
  • Associates degree within a related field, preferred
  • Valid driver\'s license
  • Experience with all tasks related to recruitment including effective interview skills, customer service, and networking ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Supportive and understanding attitude for a diverse working environment
  • Basic knowledge of employment law
