Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: $29 / hr
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary

Manufacturing Technician to ensure the proper execution of assembly and commissioning processes for next- fuel cell system solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a start-up manufacturing environment and be capable of setting and meeting goals with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain work instructions for fuel cell classes
• Commission units during production, including software, visual, and functional checks
• Troubleshoot fuel cell function during commissioning
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving processes
• Maintain floor layouts and improve production floor processes
• Monitor production assembly and subassembly processes
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve assembly processes and design builds
• Assist with unit builds as needed
• Support warranty analysis and troubleshooting on serviceable units
• Provide technical service support to customers
• Assist the service team in testing, troubleshooting, and correcting returned units

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing-related field
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience with troubleshooting circuits and CAN networks or other communication protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (1+ year) or similar CAD program

Skills

• Experience in continuous improvement projects
• Ability to problem-solve independently and with others
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
