gpac is partnering with a well-established meat processing facility in Western Ohio that's looking to add a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to their expanding team. This company operates two production shifts with sanitation on 3rd shift and prides itself on its low turnover and family-oriented culture.

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment in a food manufacturing environment
• Support production and sanitation teams to ensure smooth plant operations
• Work with systems such as ovens, boilers, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and PLCs
• Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in food manufacturing or a similar industry
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge or experience with ammonia refrigeration, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC systems is a plus
• Hands-on, quick-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
