Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium automotive accessories, is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to take the wheel of their digital growth. In this role, you’ll own the company’s direct-to-consumer website, shaping strategy, driving performance, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

E-Commerce Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage company eCommerce platforms.
• Drive site traffic, conversion, and revenue through strategic initiatives.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and product launches.
• Partner with UX/UI and developers to enhance site performance and customer experience.
• Manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and affiliate programs with agency partners.
• Use analytics tools (GA4, BigCommerce, etc.) to track performance and identify improvements.
• Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
• Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate digital assets across marketing and product teams.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations on promotions and fulfillment.
• This role will oversee two direct reports.

E-Commerce Manager Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of user/customer experience as well as eCommerce operations, and merchandising.
• Skilled in campaign strategy across email, social, and search channels
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, project management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in platforms like BigCommerce, Shopify, or Magento

$95k-115k/year plus up to 10-15k bonus
