TSMC Arizona is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. This position is onsite only, no remote work.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and execute full life-cycle campus and entry-level recruiting throughout the year to achieve hiring goals focused on attracting recent graduates and potential interns
- Develop and execute meaningful campus events, dedicating extended periods of time to build in-depth relationships with key stakeholders — including career centers, university faculty and student organizations to enhance employer branding and awareness to support successful campus recruiting efforts at your designated school(s)
- Plan, coordinate, execute and lead specific university programs and on-campus recruiting activities, including communication with external and internal stakeholders, logistical arrangements and interview processes
- Serve as one of the main contacts throughout the recruitment process — communicates status, answers questions, extends offers, schedules start dates, coordinates all follow-up efforts, and provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers and/or directly to candidates
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to execute strategic campus initiatives
- Own specific aspects of campus recruitment or internship program as assigned
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems & assigned recruitment tools appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and:
- Possess an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related major
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in the campus recruiting area
- Must have good project management, analytical & cross-team communication skills with demonstrated solution focus, attention to details & continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
